Boutique law firm Tribonian Law Advisors (TLA) has entered the Saudi Arabian market with the establishment of a Riyadh office in association with El Gasseer Law Firm.

The new office will have Mothanna El Gasseer as its managing partner. Prior to establishing the El Gasseer Law Firm, El Gasseer was an associate at Al Tamimi & Co.

His practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and corporate finance.
