Hong Kong-based dispute resolution firm Gall has promoted the head of its matrimonial practice Caroline McNally, and Chris Wong, who heads the firm’s China corporate dispute practice, to partner.

McNally advises on complex matrimonial finance cases, divorce, financial settlements, pre and post-nuptial agreements, children matters and relocation applications.

Wong specialises in PRC-related cases under Hong Kong law, and advises on cross-border disputes, fraud, asset recovery, bankruptcy, shareholder and joint venture disputes, misselling, audit negligence claims and investigations by Hong Kong’s securities regulator and corruption commissioner.

Gall has also hired arbitration lawyer Brooke Holden from Pinsent Masons as a senior associate in Hong Kong.

McNally’s and Wong’s appointments mean Gall now has seven partners. The firm also specialises in business and commercial litigation, fraud matters, employment and insolvency and obtaining emergency injunctive relief remedies.
