King & Spalding has promoted Elodie Dulac and Mona Katigbak to its partnership in Singapore, part of a total of 17 promotions globally. The promotions will come into effect on Jan. 1, 2015.

Dulac, a member of the firm’s international arbitration group, has represented clients in commercial and investment arbitrations around the world, with a particular focus on Asia. She has worked on international arbitrations under the rules of the ICC, ICSID, SCC, SIAC, and UNCITRAL. Additionally, Dulac has been appointed as an arbitrator in ICC, SIAC and ad hoc arbitrations.

Katigbak, who works with the global transactions practice group, specialises in cross-border project development and financing.

The two promotions will take the total number of King& Spalding partners in Singapore to eight.
