Dentons has advised Oman’s Bank Dhofar on the establishment of its $500 million Euro Medium Term Note programme listed on the Irish Stock Exchange, with Allen & Overy and Trowers & Hamlins’ Oman office advising the arrangers and dealers on the transaction.

The programme was arranged by the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and HSBC, with Bank ABC, Crédit Agricole CIB and BNP Paribas acting as dealers.

The Dentons team was led by Dubai partner Alex Roussos and Muscat partner Sadaf Buchanan.
