Paul Hastings and Chinese firm Llinks Law Offices have advised Alpha Investment Partners on its joint venture with Keppel Land China to purchase mixed-use development SOHO Hongkou, which turned to King & Wood Mallesons for counsel.

Located in Shanghai’s North Sichuan Road business hub, SOHO Hongkou is a 29-storey office tower with a two-storey retail podium that offers a total leasable area of 70,042 square metres. 

Paul Hastings has advised Singapore fund manager Alpha on several transactions over the past few years, including its $517 million Shanghai mall divestment in September 2016.  

The Paul Hastings team was led by corporate partner Vivian Lam in Hong Kong.
