Allen & Gledhill and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy have represented NetLink NBN Trust, the broadband unit of Singapore Telecommunications, on its $1.95 billion initial public offering.

Clifford Chance was also involved in the transaction, advising the IPO’s joint issue managers, joint global coordinators – DBS Group, Morgan Stanley and UBS AG – and joint bookrunners and underwriters – Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, HSBC, OCBC Bank and UOB.

Netlink Trust provides ultra-high-speed internet access throughout mainland Singapore and its connected islands.

Its trading debut is said to be the biggest in Singapore since Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust's $2 billion IPO in 2013, reported Reuters. Prior to that, Hutchinson Port Holdings Trust’s IPO raised $5.4 billion in 2011.
