Tier 1 law firm would like to hire an associate to join their Singapore office.

Our client's corporate team is an established leader in M&A throughout the Asia Pacific region

• Candidates should have top tier firm experience
• 4+ years PQE in the corporate transactional team of a leading international firm
• Qualified in England & Wales or their equivalent in a common law jurisdiction
• Experience of regularly taking the lead associate role (including managing junior team members and local counsel) on complex / high value M&A, joint venture and other corporate transactions, including those with a cross border focus
• International candidates are encouraged to apply
