IndusLaw has bolstered its litigation practice in Mumbai with the addition of an eight-lawyer team from HSA Advocates, including partners Amit Jajoo and Sushmita Gandhi.

Jajoo and Gandhi will be joined by senior associates Victor Basu and Bhagyashree Lembhe, and associates Anamika, Amrita Dubey, Darpan Bhatia and Bhargav Kosuru.

The team has particular expertise in banking & finance, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors, where it represents clients in commercial disputes, as well as disputes related to insolvency and bankruptcy, banking, white-collar crime and intellectual property. It also has expertise in commercial arbitration and other alternate dispute resolution mechanisms.

Gandhi and Jajoo joined HSA as partners in 2016 from Paras Kuhad Associates (PKA).

With the arrival of Gandhi and Jajoo and Manishii Pathak, who joined the firm recently, IndusLaw now has 29 partners and more than 120 associates across its four offices.
