UK law firm looking for a funds lawyer to join their fast growing Funds practice in Singapore.
This is an international team of lawyers qualified in different common law jurisdictions. The Corporate Funds team in Singapore specialise in upstream and downstream (buying and selling), fund formation as well as fund investment. You will have the opportunity to work with market leading senior lawyers and given training and transcational experience to develop your career.
Candidate Requirements
- Mid-level Associate (3-6 years' experience) with funds experience gained working in the private funds sector
- The candidate should come across as a commercial operator who has a strong academic background
- Excellent drafting skills and proficiency in English is a must for any non-native English speaker
Overseas candidates welcomed and encouraged to apply preferably from ANZ and UK
