Job Description
Our Magic Circle client is looking for one junior/middle level associate for the capital markets to be located in Hong Kong.
Our client specialises in capital markets with extensive experience in advising Asian and international issuers on a wide range of securities offerings, including listings, investment-grade and high yield debt offerings.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 4 years PQE
- Relevant work experience including Red Book and IPOs in a reputable law firm
- Strong technical skills
- The ability to draft in Chinese is a pre-requisite.
