Global law firm with international experience is now seeking a mid-level associate (Hong Kong Law practice) to join the general corporate practice team in Hong Kong. 

You will get exposure to work independently and with partrner supervision on advising issuers and underwriters on capital markets transactions and advising on securities, corporate and governance matters.

Candidate requirements 

• You will need to be qualified to practice law in Hong Kong with relevant experience at a tier 1 US or MC platform
• The practice conducts transactions in capital markets, IPOs and general corporate advisory work.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of post-qualified relevant transactional experience.
• Experience within a top tier firm  in HK or regionally would have an added advantage although global candidates will also be considered
• International candidates are welcomed to apply with relevant experience listed above
