US law firm would like to hire a senior associate to join their Real Estate Finance practice in Hong Kong.
This associate will work alongside partners who are leaders in the real estate sector. This is a great opportunity for a senior associate familiar with the Hong Kong real estate market to work on all stages of the real estate investment cycle including acquisition, financing construction, sale and leasing. The firm acts for clients including PE funds, commercial banks, real estate investment companies, developers and individual investors.
Key requirements:
- 8+ post qualification experience in a leading law firm
- Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and a good team player.
- Native Mandarin essential
- Local real estate market knowledge preferred
