UK law firm looking for a mid level lawyer with solid Project Finance background within a leading firm. This role will focus more on the financing aspects of the deal instead of pure project documentation hence lawyers with a general finacne background are welcome to apply.
Based in Singapore, this practice has an excellent market reputation and will provide the opportunity to gain top quality experience across a diverse range of work including cross-border deals.
Job details
- Mid-Level B&F / Project Finance experience
- Magic Circle law firm or peer firm training and experience
- Truly international environment and globally integrated firm
Key responsibilities
- Provide client guidance on all aspects of the transaction
- Negotiate on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on legal requirements
- Produce internal articles, keep up to date with industry changes
- Create finance related client briefings
- Work closely with teams of Partners and lawyers
