Our client is currently looking for a solid mid-level corporate associate to join the M&A practice in their Singapore office. This is a mid sized corporate teams with associates at all levels and you will have the chance to work with everyone in the team including all partners and associates on a varied work flow and client base.

Qualifications
- Common law qualified
- 3-5 PQE on US or EW scale
- Strong academic record
- Commercial and business awareness
- Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple projects
- Excellent drafting skills
- Driven by professional growth
- Strong professional presence
- Team player
- Strong judgment
- Proactive, resourceful, takes initiative
- Fluency in English
- International deal experience
- Good understanding of the key risks and issues involved in cross-border M&A transactions
