Elite law firm would like to hire a mid level associate to join their award-winning US capital markets team. This role is a great opportunity for candidates who would like a good mix of high value work and be involved in overseeing and supporting junior associates on the team.
The hiring partners represent both issuers and underwriters in US and international securities transactions and both buyers and sellers in public and private merger and acquisition transactions. Their clients include private equity sponsors, financial investors and corporates.
Key requirements:
- US qualified with 3-5 PQE (US scale);
- ECM experience preferred;
- Top academics
- Peer firm training or experience (top tier US/Magic Circle).
