For multinational businesses operating in Asia’s varied markets, local workforces are critical to their success. Businesses thus need to be aware of and comply with the relevant employment, regulatory and remuneration requirements that apply to the specific markets they are operating in, as failure to do so can have negative consequences. This need is especially acute as coronavirus sweeps across the region, forcing companies to make hard decisions

This ALB webinar provides updates on employment and remuneration developments and trends in Singapore and the Philippines, particularly in light of the COVID-19 outbreak. It will feature practitioners well-versed with the local market. The webinar will also offer participants a chance to ask questions related to employment law and gain important practical information.
