Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan has added corporate and M&A experts Gaurav Dayal and Amritha Salian as partners in Delhi and Bengaluru, respectively.

Previously an AVP and associate general counsel at OYO, Dayal has experience in private equity and venture capital matters. He also assists clients on cross-border and domestic acquisitions, foreign investments and restructuring.

Salian, a former associate partner at Themis Associates, specialises in private equity and venture capital investments, acquisitions and commercial contracts. She also advises companies on their commercial contracts, strategy and advisory on disputes and advisory and assistance with compliance and law on anti-harassment in the workplace.

Salian joins the Bengaluru office a few weeks after it lost corporate partner Neeraj Dubey to Singh & Associates.
