U.K. firm Penningtons Manches Cooper has added corporate lawyer Nick Dingemans as a partner in Singapore from Watson Farley & Williams.

Dingemans is the only corporate partner among the three in Penningtons’ Singapore office. He advises on cross-border M&A, disposals, joint ventures and broader corporate and commercial work in the financial, energy, natural resources, commodities and technology sectors.

Prior to Watson Farley & Williams, Dingemans was with Norton Rose Fulbright for nearly eight years.  He also spent over a decade at Magic Circle firm Clifford Chance.

Penningtons Manches Cooper was formed in 2019 following a merger between Pennington Manches – which specialises in immigration, private wealth, corporate and project finance, technology, tax and insolvency and restructuring – and shipping and trade law firm Thomas Cooper. The merged entity took over the Thomas Cooper office in Singapore.
