Disputes expert Rachael Shek has joined Clyde & Co as a partner in Hong Kong from Eversheds Sutherland.

Shek’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, banking litigation and joint venture/shareholder disputes. Her clients include banks, private equity firms, other financial services providers and high-net-worth individuals.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Shek had stints at Herbert Smith Freehills, Fangda Partners and Clifford Chance.

Following her hire, Clyde’s Hong Kong office has 12 partners.
