India’s Samvād Partners has hired Savani Gupte as a disputes partner in Mumbai from Khaitan & Co, where she was a principal associate.
Gupte is experienced in general commercial and corporate litigation, domestic and international arbitration and insolvency.
Prior to joining Khaitan, Gupte had worked Legasis Partners and Bharucha & Partners.
