Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), India’s largest firm, has hired Karan Pahwa as a corporate partner in Bengaluru.

Pahwa joins from an in-house role at venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners, where he spent about a decade.

Pahwa, who started his career at the legacy Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co, will focus on private equity in his new role at CAM.
