Indian law firm ANM Global has expanded its intellectual property offering after merging with the Mumbai-based IP boutique Literati Juris.

Founded in 2018 by Ragini Shah and Rahul Dhote, Literati Juris currently has 50 fee-earners, including lawyers, patent agents and investigators. Dhote will become the IP practice head of ANM Global following the merger.

ANM Global, founded in 2009, currently has offices in New Delhi, Mumbai & Bengaluru & Chennai. The merger is another example of the firm’s expansion in the intellectual property space; last year it hired IP specialist Punit D Jani as a partner.
