India’s Economic Law Practice has rehired tax expert Ritesh Kanodia as partner in Mumbai. Kanodia was most recently at Dhruva Advisors.

Besides tax, Kanodia is also experienced with foreign trade policy including customs laws and regulations, and export control.

Kanodia’s earlier stint at ELP was between 2006 and 2012, leaving as an associate partner. He then joined VoxLaw, which merged with Dhruva Advisors in 2015.

With this addition, ELP now has 38 partners.
