Indian law firm Fox Mandal & Associates has hired corporate/M&A specialist Rohan Singh as partner in Mumbai from Trilegal, where he was a counsel.

Singh advises foreign and domestic clients on cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions in sectors such as financial services, e-commerce, IT, manufacturing, real estate, fintech and insurance.

Prior to joining Trilegal in 2019, Singh worked at Nishith Desai Associates, Khaitan & Co, and the legacy erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co.

This addition brings Fox Mandal’s partner strength in Mumbai to four.
