Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has hired technology specialist Gauhar Mirza as a partner in Delhi from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.

This hiring comes just a week after CAM welcomed back corporate practitioner Jeeta Nayak as a partner in Mumbai from Samvad Partners.

With over 13 years of experience, Mirza advises corporate clients in technology, construction, automobile and other manufacturing sectors. He also advises on financing on arbitration and litigation involving IT and Criminal Law matters. Mirza joined SAM in 2016, becoming a partner in 2021. He earlier worked at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.
