Indian law firm IndusLaw has bolstered its disputes capabilities in the National Capital Region (NCR) with the addition of partners Divij Kumar (L), Amrita Tonk, Abhimanyu Kampani, along with four associates, from Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.

Kumar practices across courts and quasi-judicial regulators in NCR and has 14 years of experience representing clients in FMCG, banking and finance, energy, and construction sectors.

Tonk specialises in disputes before the National Company Law Tribunal in insolvency and bankruptcy cases, as well as commercial disputes. She has a judicial background, having served as a Metropolitan Magistrate in Delhi from 2013 to 2018.

Kampani specialises in white-collar crime and criminal law litigation and advisory. He has experience conducting trials and rendering assistance to all stakeholders in cases pertaining to money laundering, prevention of corruption, cheating, and criminal breach of trust.

IndusLaw now has 65 partners across its offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Gurugram, Hyderabad and Mumbai. Earlier this year, the firm welcomed back Siddharth Manchanda as a partner in Mumbai following a two-year stint as general counsel at edtech company Unacademy.
