Baker McKenzie’s Malaysian member firm Wong & Partners has added two new partners - Lydia Kong and Addy Herg – from investment firm Navis Capital and Skrine, respectively.

Kong, who left Wong & Partners for an in-house role at Navis Capital a year and a half ago, returns to joins the antitrust team. Apart from competition law, she also advises on acquisitions and regulatory matters

Herg, will be a part of the China outbound practice, was a transactional partner at Skrine. He specialises in M&A, FDI and joint ventures besides undertaking corporate advisory work.

With the addition of Herg and Kong, the number of partners at the firm is now 21.

Hong Kong law firm PC Woo & Co. has appointed two new managing partners: Litigator Calvin Chow, who returns after a one-year stint at offshore firm Harneys, and Gary Wong, a long-standing corporate partner at the firm.
