Overview

The Malaysian Government is in the midst of proposing several amendments to the Employment Act 1955 to comply with international standards. Besides, the Covid situation has brought significant changes to the workforce and labour environment across countries. Beyond the hybrid working conditions, regional HR and in-house counsel teams need to keep up with the constant regulatory changes and deal with a whole new range of workforce matters.

Join us at the ALB Virtual Malaysia HR & Employment Law Masterclass 2022, and achieve a comprehensive understanding of Malaysia's employment matters, while staying up to date and compliant with the changing regulatory landscape to maintain an effective workforce.
