Hill Dickinson has hired insurance, shipping and competition law specialist Caroline Thomas as a partner in Hong Kong from Holman Fenwick Willan.

Thomas has experience in dispute resolution and regulatory law with a particular focus on shipping, oil and gas, telecoms and insurance law. In addition, Thomas advises on general corporate and regulatory matters including contract drafting, joint ventures, anti-money laundering, sanctions and data protection. 

Prior to joining Holman Fenwick Willan, Thomas worked with Clyde & Co in Hong Kong. 

Thomas’ appointment follows the hiring of litigation partner Bryan O’Hare last year from Hogan Lovells.
