Our client is a major HK brand name who has made a big name in the industry. After an extremely successful 2016, they are now looking to expand their teams. They are looking for mid-level candidates with strong corporate and general commercial experience to join their growing teams.

Requirements

• Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ post qualification working experience gained in reputable law firms or international companies
• Possesses a generalist’s grasp of the legal landscape and proven experience in handling commercial and corporate transactions (M&A matters).
  • Experience or good understanding of competition and anti-trust matters and experience handling dispute resolution would be a distinct advantage
• Commercially astute
• Possesses strong communication and analytical skills
• A proactive team player and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
