UK firm Ashurst has added project finance expert Andrew Roche as a partner in Singapore from Latham & Watkins.

Roche’s exit from Latham comes shortly after the firm lost counsels Tim Fourteau and Jamie Franklin to White & Case. Both were projects specialists.

With more than 15 years of experience, Roche, who joins Ashurst’s international projects group, focuses on the development, project financing and acquisition of energy, resources, and infrastructure projects in the Asia-Pacific region.

A partner at Latham since 2014, Roche was previously a consultant at Allen & Overy.
