Indian law firm IndusLaw has hired tax specialist Lokesh Shah as a partner in Delhi from Saraf & Partners.

With more than 20 years of experience, Shah advises private equity funds, and multinational and domestic companies in the sectors such as financial services, pharmaceutical, infrastructure and entertainment on M&A, inbound and outbound investments, group restructurings, tax optimisation, trust and estate planning and tax-related litigations.

Shah joined Saraf as a partner in 2021 following the firm’s split from Luthra & Luthra, where he had been a partner since 2012.

With this addition, IndusLaw now has 24 partners in Delhi.
